Mothers' Union

Colne & Villages Mothers' Unions filled the glass display area outside Colne Market with banners, photographs and leaflets in anticipation of Mothers' Union week.

Organiser Suzanne Mann from Holy Trinity said that the display had created a lot of interest in the town centre and had a steady flow of visitors.

Pendle people are always busy and there are many branches in our area actively working to support the aims and objects of the Mothers' Union-and having fun too!

Welcome to the Pendle pages from Deanery Presiding Member Alison.

Projects in Pendle. Staff at Burnley General Hospital were delighted to receive a huge supply of emergency toiletry bags from MU branches in Pendle. Well done to everyone who helped in this brilliant effort. Deanery Action & Outreach Rep Barbara Marshall is pictured with staff from the hospital.
